Praise be to God, through whose grace
good works are completed

“This journey began with a legal study on safeguarding the rights of senior citizens. It then expanded to explore their lives and contributions, and to bring grandparents and grandchildren together through stories of the Emirates. With each publication, my conviction has grown that writing about senior citizens preserves the nation’s memory, honours those who helped build it, and carries a message for future generations.

Today, this journey encompasses four books, diverse in subject yet united by a sense of gratitude and commitment. They seek to safeguard rights, celebrate human experience, and affirm the place of senior citizens as partners in the present, whose contributions endure in the nation’s collective memory.

I place these works in the hands of readers in the hope that they will spread knowledge, strengthen ties between generations, and help build a culture that upholds the standing of senior citizens and gives their lives and contributions the recognition they deserve.”
